By downloading and using Qəpik you accept the terms set out below.
1. What the service is
Qəpik is a mobile app for recording your personal expenses by hand and comparing them against a monthly budget. It is not financial advice, an accounting service or a banking product.
2. Your account
Sign-in is available only through a Google or Apple account. Keeping your sign-in credentials secure is your responsibility. An account is intended for a single person.
3. Your content
The expense entries you create belong to you. We process them only to display and sync the app for you; we do not sell them or use them for advertising.
4. A note on exchange rates
Currency conversion is based on the daily rates published by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (cbar.az) and refreshes once per day. Those figures are informational: they can differ from a bank's actual buy/sell rate, from fees, and from the real rate applied to a card transaction. Do not rely on these calculations as the sole basis for a financial decision.
5. Accuracy
You enter every amount yourself. The app does not connect to your bank account and does not import transactions. The accuracy of your records depends entirely on what you type.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse-engineer it, place automated load on the system, or attempt to access other users' data.
7. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted, be free of defects, or that no data loss will occur. Keeping your own copy of anything important is up to you.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qəpik is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including financial loss — arising from use of the app.
9. Termination
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, which deletes your data in full. We may suspend access to an account that breaches these terms.
10. Changes and contact
